Amulet Dessert Ingredients
2 dough sheets
Ingredients for Internal Mortar
1.5 cups of walnut
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of grape molasses
Ingredients for frying
Ingredients for Sherbet
2 cups of granulated sugar
1.5 cups of water
3 – 4 drops of lemon juice
Ingredients to decorate
Walnuts – finely chopped
For the sherbet;
Add water and granulated sugar to a saucepan and take to the stove.
Stir until the granulated sugar melts.
Add the lemon juice, which is close to your syrup ready, and place it in a mixing bowl and cool.
For internal mortar;
In a mixing bowl, mix finely chopped walnuts, powdered sugar and grape molasses.
Cut your dough in half.
Lay your first dough on the counter with the long side facing up.
Then cut long strips 4 finger wide longitudinally.
Take 1 – 2 dessert spoons from the prepared mortar and put it on the end of the dough strip you cut.
Fold it in the form of an amulet.
Dip the tip of the dough into water and stick it.
Put your ceiling on the stove and add and heat the sunflower oil.
Fry your amulet desserts in the oil you heat.
After frying your desserts, put them in sherbet and leave for 1 – 2 minutes.
Arrange your amulet desserts on the plate you will serve and sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts on them.
