Cocoa Wet Cake Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 glass of water Milk
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup of flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
1 lemon peel

Ingredients for Sauce

2 cups of milk
½ cup sunflower oil
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 soup spoons of cocoa

 

For the sauce;

Add all the ingredients to the saucepan, stir, then take it over the fire and cook until it boils.
Set aside and cool.

For the cake;

Beat the granulated sugar and eggs until they turn light.
Then add oil and milk and continue whisking.
Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla and lemon peel and mix with a spatula.
Pour the cake dough into the greased cake pan Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Note:
Pay attention to the cooking time according to the width and depth of the cake mold you use. It may be a little less or more. 30 cm in the recipe. diameter mold is used.

After your cake is out of the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes and slice it.
Pour the cool sauce over the cake and wait until it cools.
Then serve.
