Put flour, cinnamon and sugar in a deep bowl, mix and pit the middle.
In another bowl, mix the egg and soda.
Pour the mixture into the pit, mix gently and slurry.
Cut the bananas longitudinally in half, then cut them in half again from the middle.
Dip your bananas in this mixture and fry in deep fat.
Put on a paper towel plate and serve when the excess oil is gone.

125 g flour
75 g granulated sugar
Cinnamon with the tip of 1 teaspoon
1 scrambled egg
250 g mineral water
