Mastic Rice Pudding

Drops of Gumball Rice Pudding

7.5 cups of milk – 1.5 liters
½ cup of rice
1 tablespoon of rice flour
1 tablespoon of wheat starch
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 pinch of powder gum
Cinnamon – for the above

 

Preparation and Baking Time

After cooling the drop gum in the freezer, powder it with the help of a beater.
Wash rice, strain.
Add 2.5 cups of milk and rice into the small sauce pot.
Cook over low heat until the rice softens.
Add the remaining milk to the pot.
Mix starch, rice flour, granulated sugar and drop gum.
Add the boiled rice to this mixture.
Stir until constant consistency and cook.
Share your thick rice pudding to your stews.
Put your rice pudding on a baking sheet, put a little water on the bottom and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
