Steamed Rice (for 2 people / 15 min.)
2 cups Jasmine rice
5 glasses of water
Put a pinch of salt in 5 cups of boiling water and add your rice.
10 min. When boiled, strain the water.
Remove the pot from the fire, leave a little boiling water at the bottom.
Put the rice you left in the strainer over it.
Cover the pan with foil and leave it for 10 minutes. Let it rest with steam.
