Fener Roasting Equipment (for 2 people / 10 min.)
1 white large onion
3 pieces of green pepper
300 gr. Angler fish (large cubed)
Fish stock (fish broth)
Ground chili pepper
Put olive oil in the pan you are heating.
Cut the onion in half and cut it into large pieces, sauté in olive oil.
Remove the beans inside the peppers, chop coarsely and add to the onion.
Break the stems of the mushrooms and divide the round part by 4 and add it to your ceiling.
Put salt and pepper and cook.
When the vegetables get color, add some fish broth and grind.
When you take the fish water, add the angler fish on it.
When the fish is roasted, add fish broth to reinforce its taste.
Add chili pepper powder.
Serve to remain slightly juicy.
