Tahini Molasses Cake
Tahini Molasses Cake Materials
4 eggs
1.5 cups of granulated sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
1 glass of water Milk
3 cups flour
1 packet of vanilla
2 packs of baking powder
1 handful of walnuts – finely chopped
½ cup of tahini
½ cup grape molasses
Ingredients for
2 tablespoons of tahini
3 tablespoons of grape molasses
1 tablespoon of milk
1 handful of walnuts – finely chopped
For the cake;
In a mixing bowl, beat the granulated sugar and the egg until the sugar melts and melts. Add sunflower oil and milk and continue whisking.
Sift flour, vanilla and baking powder into the mixture you whisk and mix slowly with the help of a spatula from the outside.
Separate 1 cup of the cake mortar you prepared in a separate mixing bowl.
Add tahini, molasses and finely chopped walnuts and mix.
Grease the inside of your middle hole cake mold and put the cake mortar in it.
Then add the tahini molasses cake spice to your cake mold.
With a stick, mix the tahini mixture into the plain mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
Take your baked cake on a wire and let it cool.
For the sauce;
Mix the tahini, molasses and milk in a mixing bowl to obtain a slightly fluid consistency. Then put the lightly cooled cake on the plate that you will serve and pour the mixture of tahini with molasses.
Garnish with finely chopped walnuts and serve.
