Pistachio Sugar Dumpling Supplies
Ingredients for Inner Material
200 gr. unsalted curd for breakfast
1 packet of vanilla
4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
4 tablespoons of powdered pistachios
Ingredients for the dough
125 gr. butter
½ cup yogurt
Suyu juice of lemon or 2 tablespoons of vinegar
¼ cup sunflower oil
1 packet of baking powder
4 glasses of flour
1 egg yolk
For the interior material;
Mix curd cheese, eggs, vanilla, granulated sugar and powdered pistachios in a mixing bowl and set aside.
For the dough;
In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs, butter, yogurt, vinegar, sunflower oil and baking powder.
Gradually add flour until you have a soft paste.
Let the prepared dough rest for 10 minutes and then separate it into egg-sized meringues.
Open your pastries in the size of a tea plate.
Lift the edges slightly and make it like a pool.
Place 1 tablespoon each in the middle of the prepared mortar.
Apply egg yolk to the edges of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown for 15 minutes.
