Semolina Halva with Cheese
150 gr. tongue cheese
1.5 cups semolina
200 gr. butter
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of water
1 glass of water Milk
Ingredients to decorate
Put the granulated sugar, water and milk in a saucepan and mix until the sugar melts and let it boil.
When your syrup boils, remove it from the stove and let it cool.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the semolina into your melted butter and cook on low heat until it turns brown.
Add powdered sugar in the roasted semolina and mix.
Then add the syrup you prepared and continue mixing.
When your halva is sherbet, open the middle and put the tongue cheese in it and cover it with halvah.
Cover the pot and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Then mix your halva well.
Portion your prepared halva as you wish and serve it with powdered cinnamon.
