Add granulated sugar and water to a saucepan and mix until the sugar melts.
Then let it boil.
Add lemon juice without leaving the stove and let cool.
For internal mortar
Remove the inner cores of dates, pull them out of a food processor so that they remain lightweight.
Crush the cardamom by pouring it in mortar.
Then put the dates into a mixing bowl.
Add crushed walnuts, melted butter, cardamom and cinnamon and knead by hand.
Put your baklava dough on the counter and grease it with the butter you melt.
Cool and grease your second baklava dough.
Prepare cylindrical rolls from the inner mortar you prepared and put them on the side of your baklava dough.
Cut 4-finger-length slices and roll each slice into a 30 × 30 cm wide glass ovenware.
Grease the top of your wraps with the remaining butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes until golden brown.
When your date wraps are cooked, pour cold sherbet into the hot dessert and leave to cool.
Put a piece of cream on your desserts and sprinkle with powdered pistachios and serve.
