Crispy Salmon with Parmesan
4 slices of skinned salmon fillet
200 gr. butter – to make clarification
1 cup panko – roasted
1 tablespoon ground red pepper
1 handful of powdered parmesan
Put your butter in the stove, put the butter in it and let the butter gradually melt over low heat. After the butter has completely melted, cover the bottom and let the milk part settle on the bottom and the foam part on the top. With the help of your spoon, take the foamy part slowly. Then, slowly pour the plain oil into a bowl without mixing the milk part.
Make a few deep scratches perpendicular to the top of your salmon. In a plate, mix pancakes, powdered parmesan and powdered red pepper. Smear the skinless portions of the salmon with the pancake mixture you prepared. Put 2-3 tablespoons of plain butter you have prepared. Cook the skinless portion of salmon for 1-2 minutes first. Then cook the skinned skin for 1-2 minutes on the stove, and bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven 180 degrees.
