For Skopje Pastry
1 cup of water
1 water glass measure of oil
200 g feta cheese
1 cup of cheddar
1 pinch of dill
1 pinch of parsley
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon of salt

Wash the pumpkin in plenty of water and grate it. The yolk and white of the egg are separated from each other. (For yolk over sesame)
All the ingredients except sesame are poured into a bowl and mixing is started.
Bake tray or pyrex is lubricated and the mixture prepared in it is poured.
Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt into the yolk you have separated and mix.
Spread the yolk on top of the mixture in the tray and sprinkle with the desired amount of sesame seeds.
