1 tea glass of green lentils
1 tablespoon flour
1 bowl of yogurt
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of mint
2 tablespoons of butter
First, put the lentils in the pot and add water and boil with 1 finger.
When the lentils are soft, add noodles and continue to boil. (If lentils have drawn water, additional boiled water should be added.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, yogurt and yolk well and gradually add water to make the consistency.
